I had a hard time sifting through all the fascinating and exciting stories and images of our new pope that are pouring in. Something tells me it’s going to be like this as long as Francis is Pope! Amazing. Catholic bloggers, we’re all going to have to learn to type faster.

Wow, I know what you mean. There is a feeling of a “Papamoon” around him. I can’t wait to get to know him better!
My mom drew away from the church years ago for numerous reasons, and it has been so hard for our extended family, and her. When I spoke with her yesterday she said as soon as Pope Francis appeared on the balcony and waved shyly she burst into tears. She said she felt as though he was speaking to her. She said she prayed along with him and the crowds, and feels drawn to go to Mass this Sunday. Please keep her in your prayers!
